One-on-one is the way yoga was taught for thousands of years. Countless benefits can be found from the attention and focus that a student receives during a private yoga class. Today, a private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. It is the perfect setting to work with your goals and specific areas of interest. Our teachers can also help you create a home practice tailored to your individual needs.
Private Yoga is perfect for
- Beginners who would like more clear instructions about the poses and the techniques of yoga, in a safe and comfortable setting.
- Busy students who can’t seem to make a class during a regularly scheduled time.
- Intermediate and Advanced students who would like detailed guidance on specific poses, such as handstand and arm balances, or in taking their already beautiful practice to the next level. This can include asana, pranayama, and meditation.
- Injured or recovering students who would like to address their special needs in a safe and relaxing way.
Sessions are $60 – 80/hour; $100/hr for two people (Duet)
