There are a few things that we believe make us stand out from other Boise yoga studios:
Community-centered studio. At Sage Yoga & Wellness, you’ll get to know everyone. Unlike other studios, you won’t feel like you’re in a competition to see who can get the deepest into a pose. There are no mirrors, which our students love. We support and encourage one another as we practice. Sage feels a deep well of gratitude for all of the support it has received from the Boise community.
Focused on self-awakening. Our classes aren’t one size-fits all, the same flow over and over. Our classes creatively emerge from each certified, interdisciplinary teacher, whom inspire students to awaken their own self-awareness as a basis for learning and growing in their yoga practice. Our safe, supportive and grounding environment encourages students to challenge limiting beliefs, expand their sense of self and learn to trust in their body’s wisdom. Because our instructors have years of teaching experience, we are more than comfortable giving assists and adjustments, and helping each student find a way for yoga to be accessible to them.
Value. We believe that everyone should have access to yoga and meditation. Our yoga studio was built on this principle, which is why we offer classes at a lower price than most other yoga studios in Boise. We don’t want costs to keep you from finding the inner peace that can come through continual practice. We also provide free mat rental, water and tea, free sweat towels for your practice, and free towels for your after-class shower.
Every other month you can take a free yoga class at Sage from 1:30 – 2:30 pm on Sundays.
